When BOC Enterprises of Asheville determined to expand their facility at 48 Grove Street in downtown Asheville, Tessier Associates was contracted as development coordinator of the project. The newly expanded 28,000 square foot Asheland Center was constructed around existing tenants, incorporating new construction with rehab of an older property to Class A office space with expanded on-site parking. Tessier coordinated planning and development, as well as providing marketing, brokerage and property management services.
